El Paso’s primary safety net for hunger relief. The Food Bank serves many people every month who are food insecure. Many of these people are young children and youth. Working with over 120 partner agencies, the Food Bank distributes safe and nutritious food to individuals, families, kids, the working poor, seniors on fixed incomes, the homeless and anyone who is at risk of going hungry.
Dr. Darj is more than just a dentist, as she is involved with helping the local residents around El Paso and Socorro. Over many years, she has been partnering with the El Pasoans Fighting Hunger Food Bank to help her community and organizing free dental clinic events. Dr. Darj’s campaigns have been featured in the news, such as FOX, NBC, and CBS. She continues to spread a positive message and extend a helping hand to those who need it in El Paso, Socorro, and other local areas in Texas.
Dr. Darj and her team have been supporting the food bank for many years, and they are helping hungry families once again.
